Women have that right. It happens all the time when a women leaves a man after an abusive relationship, she is deemed a hero. But if a man leaves, he’s thought of as scum. wow, that’s just so wrong! I’m really feel that’s un fair. There are so many measure under the law to protect women. Men need protection too. Let’s say I’m with a girl for 5 years, we love each other and get along great, but we’re not marriage , or have a bond under the law or even engaged. Then she snaps one day, or I find out she’s dealing drugs, or she starts becoming abusive or mean to others. It should be my right to leave her without fear of prosecution or loss of property.
