In this “everyone is guilty” world we live in, it is simply unreal how people that sit on juries can make up their minds for cases prior to seeing any evidence. We are now “one nation under drugs” since the average American takes over 10 prescription pills now in my opinion (actually saw this statistic but can’t remember where so I am saying it is just my opinion).  So is it possible that his wife was just another victim of prescription overdose?   How did the toxicology report come out?  Did the defense get one? I am not saying the defense was not solid, but it sure does make me wonder if he was 100% innocent, would it really matter?  The prosecutor was 100% committed to getting a conviction, regardless of what little evidence there actually was.  It just seems that in my opinion, in America you are guilty until proven innocent now, and you are only able to be innocent if you happen
